According to City of Clayton ordinances, any property sold must meet the Universal Property Maintenance Codes at sales time. This particular property was sold in 2004, and resold in 2006 according to St. Louis County Department of Revenue documents, yet this garage has remained in the condition shown through the period. The Department of Planning and Development Services receives our first Platinum-Level Ignoble Award for Vigilance in Property Maintenance.

NOTE: This award is even more appropriate given the fact that the four properties on Clayton Road now owned by Opus also were resold at least three times without proper City vigilance in property maintenance procedures.
